Local Austin groups, led by Love of China Dance School, have partnered with the Austin chapter of the American Red Cross to raise awareness and support for relief efforts.
The benefit takes place Sunday, June 1 from 2 to 6pm at Barton Creek Square Mall (lower level atrium in front of JC Penney and Sears). Admission is free; donations are encouraged, with checks and all proceeds going directly to the American Red Cross relief efforts.
The event includes music and dance performances by The Love of China Dance School, Austin Chinese Choir, Austin Youth Chamber Orchestra, Body Talk Dance Company, Csárdás Hungarian Dancers, Hawaiian Kona Isle, Fountain of Praise, Princess of Persia, St. Edward's University Ballet Folklorico, Shy-yi Scott Cello Ensemble, Yoshimi Masuo and more.
