The Texas Asian Chamber of Commerce and the Texas Culinary Academy present this annual celebration of Asian cuisine. The event kicks off with a six course "Pacific Sake Dinner" served at Texas Culinary Academy's Ventana Restaurant. The festival then features a day of hands-on and demonstration cooking classes for the whole family (adults and children) as well as our very own Iron Chef Competition with talented chefs challenging each other for the title and bragging rights of Austin's Iron Chef.
