Giving Lights to Rebuild Hope: for the victims and Families of the Earthquake in China

At the South Steps of the State Capitol. The public is invited to bring flashlights to shine our bright lights and good wishes in giving hope to the families suffering through this heartbreaking natural disaster. Cash donations welcome as well as checks payable to Chinese Consulate General in Houston, for earthquake victims.
